Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped with UPS/FedEx or via common carrier. Please note that all orders going to a residential address will have a $75-150 fee based on the common carrier rates. Please check over the shipment once it arrives and before the delivery personnel leaves. If any damages are found, be sure to note them on the bill of lading. It is the customer's responsibility to look over the shipment once it arrives. All orders are triple-checked and and are shipped guaranteed. Please Note: If you need the fence fast you need to call and place the order, as this is faster than ordering via online. Shipping time varies.

Returns & Replacements
Please note that any and all orders being returned are subject to a 25-35% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. All custom ordered products are non-returnable. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. If product is damaged when received from Discount Fence Supply, Inc., we reserve the right to charge extra for the cost of recuperating our cost on the product. Product must be unopened and in original packaging.
Please note that once an order is placed, the customer only has 2 hours to cancel the order. All orders that are cancelled may have a 10% restocking fee based on the time of cancellation. Please call a representative if you have any questions. We ship most orders in 24-48 hours after the order has been placed (weekdays only). Please call a sales representative if you need to order a custom product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Orders placed over the phone or online are able to be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Echeck. Please note that customers who use Echeck must wait 72 hours for payment to clear before the order is shipped.
